I think you have to dance harder, still sunny and warm here. :P

And I know all about customer service jobs, that's why I don't work them anymore.

Apparently I was too "abrupt" with customers hahaha. Something about then expressing anger, and me not caring…

I'm slowly developing an invisible wall to shield myself from customer rage. Using the "blank stare" then the "nothin i can do" method works too

Haha. At least you're nice about it. My answer to angry customers (who couldn't be bothered to read the information provided to them via the box/website/etc.) was "… so.. ?"

am nice for about 3 weeks out of the month. Then the other week i am either bitchy or way too emotional :S no good.

graphics design =P
but in an advertising agency without many clients there isn't much to do…. so I'm sitting here for 8 hours and have nothing to do.. well at least I'm searching for a new job, since the company kicks me on 15th November. (due to that no clients problem..)
