Somehow I don't see the Crab Bow being better than Ifrit's, unless maybe it's +3 and has a bunch of materia. So far the general consensus seems to be that the base damage of weapons is more powerful than STR/DEX/ATK.

But apart from that, yeah, dexterity seems to help. There already was a thread about it in the BG forums a couple days ago, so it's more than one source confirming it. Maybe I'll do some testing to see how DEX compares to attack sometime, but… I'm lazy, so probably not ~

@Taco: lolarc indeed, if we have to use crafting and gathering gear to get the most out of our class…
