I was just looking over some 2.0 concept art. I noticed that they were working new faces and hair and what not. Do you think when 2.0 comes out we'll have chance to update or facial appearances and hair for the new system?
It seems a bit unfair for all the new players to (possibly) get access to a completely different set of faces and hair while we get stuck with the old.

My understanding is that you'll have the chance to completely rebuild your character – including race – in 2.0.

They already told us, long ago, that we are able to rebuild our chars (MAYBE new name/race too)
